Because you do a great job, you also need breaks in between. Riffelalp has three staff houses. La Dolce Vita and Orion in the lively village of Zermatt. To get to work, you take the legendary Gornergrat train through a picturesque larch and arolla forest, which takes around 20 minutes. Here, you can forget the daily grind and enjoy a working day where others spend their vacations. The third staff house, appropriately named Bella Vista, is situated opposite the Matterhorn at an altitude of almost 2'200 m at Riffelalp.
